International Department
World Class Patient Services
The International Department at Stenum Spine provides a vital service to all non German speaking patients and will be your liaison to insure that all patient’s needs are taken care of from first contact to post-op care.
Upon arrival they provide hospital admittance and bedside follow up and assistance.
They can also provide assistance coordinating contact with family via phone or email post surgery.
In addition, the International Department staff are always on hand to deal with any problems or complaints if they arise.
Multi-lingual Staff
The International Department provides multi-lingual support in German, English, Spanish, and Arabic. They provide liaison and interpreter services between patients, consultants, ward staff and other departments.
Transportation Services
The International Department at Stenum will arrange all transportation needed including airport pick up/drop off. They will also book all accommodations for our international patients and their families or travel companions.
Case Manager
In order to make your experience with us as relaxing and stress-free as possible, through our international department you will be assigned a personal Case Manager who works one on one with you to coordinate your evaluation and surgery scheduling.
Your case manager will provide assistance with the evaluation process, communication of diagnosis and surgery plans, doctor contact, consultations, price quotes, and insurance billing assistance.
Your case manager will also provide patient follow up once you are back home.
